Velvet Bloom is a Melbourne based music project - foundered by Maddy Herbert.
Maddy is a story teller who uses her  jazz/ balled style vocals and soul/pop sound to bring her emotive lyrics to life.
Currently Maddy performs solo & with her live band; 'The Vito Collective'. 
The band has five members including, Anthony Rennick (bassist), Nic Morton (drummer),
Alex Marko (lead guitarist), Noah Hunter-Dorsey (keys/ backing vocalist) and Shani Turner (backing vocalist).
Velvet Bloom and the Vito Collective is an ambient/ jazz, soul fusion, with influences like Amy Winehouse, Norah Jones and Thirty Seventy  - Velvet Bloom is bound to keep you captivated.
